The Care You Need

Your needs should be treated as individually as you are. That’s why at the Wentworth, we begin your stay with an open discussion among you, your family, and our registered nurse to determine just what level of assistance is right for your health—and your independence. Our care isn’t just provided in different levels, it is tailored to you individually. Please note: these are general guidelines. The level of care is based largely on the time required to provide services.

Care Level A:

For residents who require little assistance—but much peace of mind.

• Interactive monitoring of your health and well-being.
• Resident safety checks at mealtimes.
• Friendly reminders for medication, meals, bathing, grooming and medical appointments.
• Customized service plan to meet your needs.

Care Level B:

For residents who need greater assistance with personal care.

All the services of Care Level A, plus:

• Assistance with medication including filling, storing, and distributing prescription medications.
• Escorts to activities such as meals, activities, etc.
• Assistance with grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, and bathing.
• Behavior monitoring as needed.

Care Level C:

For residents who require extensive help with personal care.

All the services of Care Levels A and B, plus:

• Personal assistance with grooming, personal hygiene, dressing and bathing.
• Behavior management and help with cognitive impairments.
• Basic incontinence management.
• Laundering of personal clothing.
